Return Policy

All seat bidets, portable bidets, are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, bidets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene concerns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. All return should be completed within 30 days from the order date.

The warranty period is from the date of receipt. Pilot Bidet or the manufacturer, may repair or replace items covered under the warranty.

It is important that you provide your reason for return because we use this information to constantly improve our product line.

Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to Pilot Bidet for any reason must be paid by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation.
